Hello, I have been golfing for a little of 1 year now and this is my swing:

I am only 15 so cut me some slack lol. I drive the ball on average 270. Sometimes longer, and sometimes shorter. Please spot flaws or anything that you see? Also try to guess my handicap and what you guys think about it? Any tips for more power is more than welcome and I will read all of them! I will post a updated video of my swing on my youtube channel on Sunday!

Cheers!

Resolved Question: First time college student athlete study tips?

I’m in my first year of college on a golf scholarship that has now been revoked due to my terrible GPA (1.9) I have one semester to figure it out or ill be off the team and wont be able to afford it. I have all the motivation in the world, but there is an issue. Last semester I studied for at lease 8 to 12 hours for a midterm or final and would get D’s and there intro classes, and walking out after the test
I felt confident. I’ll be honest I didn’t go to class all the time witch might be a huge factor. I have a prescription for Adderall witch has helped me significantly in focusing and motive. So with that my question is, what are some successful study tips that work either by personal experience or knowledge? I’m hoping for whatever advice because I’m at the verge of loosing everything I have worked for and do not want to be that guy that shatters his dreams because of grades. I appreciate any advice, food, sleep, memory or any other habits that will aid to my success. Thanks.

Voting Question: Do you guys think IB is really worth it, and could I manage it?

Alright so basically all I hear is that on one side, the workload and stress is a lot, and you have to balance social life and time management. But on one hand, i already have little social life, so i don’t mind not being able to go out. But i do spend a lot of time on facebook and playing video games and texting, so any tips on stopping lol?? haha but anyways, IB or nothing? I’m doing fine as a sophomore, and i don’t even try as much as i would want, but i have a 4.0 on about 5 hours of sleep a night. Oh yeah, btw, i play golf for the school and do the speech/debate team as well, which is a lot of time and devotion, so between those two things, and IB, you guys think i could pull it off? alright thanks, 10 points!

Open Question: Tips on starting to play golf?

Well, I’m almost 17, and really want to start to play golf – I just bought a decent set of clubs – now what :)

Don’t worry – I don’t want to go pro… yet ;)

So, tips?

Open Question: Things to improve for the 2012 golf season?

So I went from a 17 hdcp to a 9 last year and it was mainly due to better striking, playing smarter, and my short game. My biggest problem seems to be when I am in between irons and the longer par 4s I just can’t stick greens with my 3-5 irons. Any suggestions, tips or drills for me to improve my game?

Thanks

Open Question: I want to start golf, and maybe go pro one day…?

Well, I love watching golf, and I’m really interested in the sport. I’m 16 years old, and I know golf is a game you can play until your mid 60′s.

So if I start learning to play now, and keep playing and learning week in week out, would it be possible to go pro?

Thanks!

Tips would be great

Open Question: how do you play a draw shot in golf?

i’ve pretty much mastered the fade shot when i play a straight hole or a slight dog leg to the right hole. but when i try to play a draw at a dog leg left hole (especially those holes that go left from 100 yards down the hole from the tee) i end up playing a bad slice. i normally play well in every hole except the holes that go left, which is why i need to play a draw.

any tips?
